READY+

READY+ is a youth-centred implementation model with an aim for five core achievements:

  1. Meaningful youth engagement, support, and leadership
  2. Family strengthening
  3. Community mobilisation for change and action
  4. Youth-friendly health services and access to SRH commodities
  5. Economic empowerment and personal development


YOUTHWISE

YouthWise aims to amplify the voices of young people living with HIV in Kenya and Malawi to enable them to practice self-care and fulfil their sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) needs.

SOCIAL AID FUND II

The Y+ Social Aid Fund will be piloted in Nigeria and Malawi, where, with the support of national networks of young people living with HIV ,Y+ Global will offer financial support to young people living with HIV who have been impacted by COVID-19-related restrictions.
